This Shipping Policy explains how Sharkskin LLC (“we,” “us”) ships orders placed on mycar.online (the “Site”).

1) Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2) Free shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States (standard shipping).

If you offer any paid express options later, you can add: “Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.”

3) Carrier

All orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service).

4) Order processing & dispatch time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5) Delivery timeframes (estimates)


Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on your location and UPS network conditions. All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, peak periods, carrier delays, and address issues.

6) Tracking

We’ll email you tracking details once your order ships.

7) Address requirements (important)

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes in many cases. Please use a physical street address where possible.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.

8) Shipping delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the Site, we will contact you with options (for example, waiting for shipment or a refund for any unshipped items).

9) Damaged, missing, or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost, contact us as soon as possible:
